The Foundation for a Drug Free World Northeast Chapter held its 7th Annual Drug Free Heroes Awards Gala held annually in honor of the United Nations International Day Against Drug Abuse. Meghan Fialkoff, Northeast Executive Director of Foundation for a Drug Free World, was the Mistress of Ceremonies. Evans, Drug Free Schools Coalition & Special Advisor to the Drug Free America Foundation and Save our Society from Drugs 2014 - David Tidman, Queens Chapter Lead Presenter of Foundation for a Drug Free World, honored with special award "Drug Free Leader" Deputy Manhattan Borough President Joseph Garba, on behalf of the Manhattan Borough President, Gale Brewer, presented a Proclamation to Meghan Fialkoff, on behalf of Foundation for a Drug Free World to ho  Meghan Fialkoff planned a humanitarian trip for dentists to Havana, Cuba. This trip marked the preliminary trip, locating the best sources for receipt of dental supply donations. The trip led to a 2014 humanitarian trip with 16 trip participants.
